What You'll Be Doing: Depending on the client's needs, your responsibilities may include:
- Providing companionship and conversation
- Assisting with bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal care
- Helping with mobility and transfers
- Preparing meals and assisting with nutrition
- Providing medication reminders
- Performing light housekeeping
- Assisting with errands and transportation when applicable
- Supporting clients with their daily routines
- Observing and reporting changes in client condition
- Providing dependable, respectful, one-on-one care
- We Want to Hear From You If You:
- Have at least 1 year of caregiving experience
- Are dependable and take your schedule seriously
- Enjoy working with seniors
- Are patient, compassionate, and respectful
- Can communicate effectively with clients, families, and our office team
- Are comfortable providing care independently in a client's home
Experience with personal care, dementia care, Parkinson's care, mobility assistance, transfers, or other specialized client needs is a plus.
Flexible Opportunities

Day shifts
Evening shifts
Weekend shifts
Overnight carePRN / fill-in opportunities
Hours typically range from 1240 hours per week, depending on your availability and current client needs.
Pay & Benefits:- $16.00$19.00/hour based on experience and assignment$15.00/hour training pay

Requirements:- At least 1 year of caregiving experience
- Valid driver's license
- Current auto insurance
- Reliable transportation
- Negative TB test and Basic Health Screening
- Authorization to work in the U.S.Ability to successfully complete required pre-employment screening and onboarding
- Serving Southern Maryland
