Strategic Director, Product Innovation & Sensory

HBH is seeking a Director, Product Development & Sensory to lead the product development and sensory programs across our portfolio of proteins, frozen desserts, side dishes, and condiments. You will set strategy, own specifications, and manage a direct report, partnering with co-manufacturers and suppliers to drive concepts through commercialization. You will ensure regulatory labeling and food safety compliance, translate sensory findings into formulation direction, and collaborate with
