Key Requirements:
High school diploma or GED and a minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience; 2-year degree preferred. Previous experience in automotive, manufacturing, or construction; RV manufacturing experience is a plus. Experience inspecting incoming materials, components, and assemblies against engineering drawings and specifications. Ability to accurately document inspection results, measurements, and discrepancies for quality control and traceability. Experience managing non-conforming materials, quarantined inventory, and Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs). Knowledge of MRB processes, including rework, scrap, and Return to Vendor (RTV) procedures. Proficiency with measuring tools, including calipers and tape measures.
Shifts: Monday – Friday 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM Starting ASAP!
