ICF is seeking a Gas Utility Decarbonization Strategy Manager in Reston, VA. You will lead consulting engagements focused on gas utilities decarbonization, manage teams, and deliver analytical insights for regulatory planning and customer impacts. You will build client relationships, support business development, and mentor junior staff while collaborating across energy and climate planning teams.
