Job Description: Commercial Escrow Specialist
Location: Fayetteville, Arkansas
Work Schedule: Full-Time | Monday–Friday 8am to 5pm | In Office
Allegiance Title Company of Arkansas is looking for an experienced Commercial Escrow Specialist to join our Fayetteville team. This role is designed for someone who understands the complexity of commercial real estate transactions and knows how to keep a file moving from opening through closing with accuracy, urgency, and exceptional communication. The Commercial Escrow Specialist will coordinate complex commercial transactions involving buyers, sellers, lenders, brokers, attorneys, underwriters, and internal team members. This person should have a strong understanding of title insurance and escrow, including title commitments and requirements, curative matters, endorsements, policy types, closing documentation, funding, and post-closing requirements. You’ll be responsible for anticipating issues, keeping all parties informed, maintaining accurate files, and making sure transactions are ready to close.
What You’ll Do:
Coordinate commercial escrow transactions from order opening through closing and post-closing.
Review title commitments and understand title requirements and exceptions.
Coordinate the satisfaction and clearance of title requirements and curative matters.
Work with lenders, attorneys, brokers, buyers, sellers, underwriters, and other transaction parties.
Prepare and review closing documents, settlement statements, and escrow-related documentation.
Coordinate commercial title endorsements and appropriate policy coverage.
Track critical dates, funding requirements, documents, and closing conditions.
Proactively identify potential issues and work toward solutions before they delay closing.
Maintain complete, accurate, and well-organized files.
Provide consistent, high-touch communication throughout the transaction.
Partner closely with the Allegiance title, escrow, and leadership teams to deliver a seamless closing experience.
