Construction Project Manager

Position: Construction Project Manager

Looking for Strong construction project management experience. Experience managing commercial or industrial construction projects. Roofing, waterproofing, concrete, masonry, or façade restoration experience preferred. Knowledge of construction drawings, inspections, scheduling, and subcontractor management. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office. Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience may be considered. OSHA training and knowledge of building codes and safety regulations preferred.
