APPLY NOWA mid-sized, growing fintech firm is hiring a Data Engineer to join its established data team in NYC.This role offers hands-on work with a modern data stack, close collaboration with the business, and the opportunity to take ownership of projects supporting lending and financial operations. What you’ll work on: Building and maintaining data pipelines and ELT processes Developing and expanding dbt models Scheduling and monitoring workflows using Dagster Building Snowflake and AWS integrations Improving data quality and reconciliation processes
What you’ll need:
- Around two years of data or analytics engineering experience
- Daily, hands-on dbt experience
- Strong Python skills, including Pandas
- Snowflake experience
- Experience with Dagster or AirflowAWS experience, including S3, IAM, and Cloud
- FormationExperience working with financial data, such as lending, payments, or fintech
- A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field
Exposure to AI tools or LLM pipelines is a plus.$130K–$150K base salary plus bonus. Four days onsite in NYC.Interested? Please send your resume and availability for a conversation.
