Responsibilities: Administer and support enterprise network infrastructure, including Cisco routing and switching environments, to maintain stable and secure operations. Configure, monitor, and troubleshoot VoIP and unified communications systems to ensure consistent voice service and collaboration performance. Manage firewall technologies such as Palo Alto and Cisco ASA by applying security policies, reviewing traffic behavior, and resolving connectivity issues. Support routing architecture by implementing and maintaining Border Gateway Protocol (BGP) configurations across complex network environments. Investigate network incidents, perform root cause analysis, and restore service quickly while documenting findings and corrective actions. Partner with internal technical teams to plan network improvements, optimize system performance, and support infrastructure-related projects. Maintain technical documentation for network designs, configuration standards, operational procedures, and troubleshooting records. Evaluate network health through ongoing monitoring and recommend updates that improve reliability, scalability, and security.
