Intellectual property law focused law firm is seeking a registered US patent lawyer or a registered US patent agent with at least 1 year of patent application preparation and prosecution experience to fill a patent attorney or patent agent position. Responsibilities:- Patent application drafting and prosecution REQUIRED Qualifications:· B.S. in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or Physics· At least 1 year of patent application drafting and prosecution experience· Experience drafting and prosecuting semiconductor technologies · Active, in good standing, and current patent bar registration with the USPTO· Active, in good standing, and current state bar membership in at least one state or DC (in the United States) The Ideal Candidate Will:· Have excellent oral and written communication skills· Receive xhqgsiq and incorporate feedback effectively and efficiently· Be committed to integrity and excellence without excuses· Be reliable & consistent· Be responsive and produce timely work product consistentlyUS Citizens ONLY
