Area Growth Director - Lead Teams & Drive Member Growth

BNI Global is seeking an Area Director in the United States (Washington) to lead revenue and Membership growth across the market. You will guide Directors, Ambassadors, and Launch Directors, driving retention, engagement, and Chapter performance through data-driven coaching and strategic initiatives. You will develop annual growth plans, oversee new Chapter development, and manage a pipeline of Members and leadership talent while ensuring high operational standards and ethical practices.
