This is a great opportunity for an experienced 1st Shift Machine Operator seeking a stable schedule and long weekends.
Job Responsibilities:- Operate and monitor production machinery
- Troubleshoot minor mechanical issues
- Perform quality checks and preventative maintenance
- Adjust machine settings as needed
- Handle raw materials and finished products
- Maintain a safe and organized work area
Qualifications:- 1+ year of 1st Shift Machine Operator experience preferred 2+ years of manufacturing experience preferred
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
- Experience with measuring tools, hand tools, and equipment operation
- Ability to read basic blueprints and production documents
- Dependable attendance and strong communication skills
Physical Requirements:- Lift up to 65 lbs.
- Stand, bend, kneel, reach, push, and pull throughout the shift
- Comfortable working around noise, dust, and manufacturing equipment
