Senior Water Resources Engineer (Specialist)

As a Permanent Intermittent position, the incumbent will work less than 1,500 hours per year which is approximately 4 days per week on average. Under thedirection of the Public Works Contracting Section Manager (Traditional Delivery), the incumbent serves as a non-supervisory specialist in public works construction contracting for water-related infrastructure. The incumbent will provide technical guidance and review, help implement new tools and techniques, and develop quality control measures to facilitate delivery of infrastructure improvements efficiently and effectively within an approved budget, while also complying with all applicable rules, regulations, and best practices.
