What You'll Do:
As aHome Health Aide (HHA), you'll help residents live comfortably, safely, and with dignity by: Providing compassionate assistance with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility Building meaningful relationships with residents while promoting independence and well-being Encouraging social engagement and participation in daily activities Observing and reporting changes in residents' conditions to the nursing team Creating a safe, welcoming environment where residents feel valued and cared for Working alongside nurses and caregivers to deliver exceptional senior care
What We're Looking For:
- High school diploma or GEDCurrentHome Health Aide (HHA) certification(preferred or as required by state regulations)
- At least 6 months of experienceas an HHA, Caregiver, CNA, PCA, PCT, or DSPMemory Care experience is a plus
- Compassionate, dependable individuals who enjoy helping seniors live their best lives
- Strong communication skills and a positive, team-oriented attitude
