Minimum Requirements:
- Valid Class A CDL.Valid Medical Card.
- At least 2 years of verifiable CDL driving experience.
- Minimum 23 years old.
- Valid smartphone with data and ability to provide high-quality documentation/photos.
- Reasonably clean MVR and PSP.No major violations within the last 36 months.
- No DUI in the last 5 years.
- Must not be prohibited in the DOT Clearinghouse.
- Negative drug test required.
- No recent or major convictions on criminal background check.
- Reefer equipment must generally be 10 years old or newer.
- Compensation & Fees:
- Owner-Operators are compensated as independent contractors (1099). A 10% dispatch fee applies after the first 6 months.
- Optional Trailer Rental:
- Dry Van:10% of gross load.
- Minimum $800.Maximum $1,300.Reefer:$1,500/month.
- Plus reefer-hour and mileage charges as applicable.
Important:
