What You'll Do:
As a Brewer, you'll play a key role in producing high-quality beer while supporting efficient brewery operations.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Operate a 3-vessel semi-automatic brewhouse
- Monitor fermentation processes and cellar operations
- Perform yeast handling, tank cleaning, filtration, beer transfers, and racking
- Conduct quality control testing, including gravity checks and product sampling
- Maintain accurate production and process documentation
- Track brewing metrics and help ensure batch consistency
- Perform routine equipment maintenance and troubleshoot issues
- Manage brewing ingredients and inventory levels
- Follow all sanitation, safety, GMP, and SOP standards
- Assist with kegging, packaging, and warehouse duties as needed
- Support cross-training and collaborate with team members across departments

Preferred Qualifications:

- Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills are a plus
