Senior Banking Counsel Regulatory & Transactions

Old National Bank is seeking an experienced attorney to provide day-to-day legal guidance across business lines, branch operations, deposits, compliance and treasury matters. You will serve as a trusted partner to management, drafting and negotiating customer agreements and disclosures, and ensuring regulatory alignment. You will advise on privacy and data protection, support product initiatives, and coordinate with risk, compliance and IT teams while managing outside counsel and staff as needed.
