Enterprise Wellness Strategy Lead

Navy Federal Credit Union is seeking a senior leader to own the strategy, development, execution and evaluation of enterprise wellness programs. You will partner with leaders across the organization, coordinate work across functions and drive alignment to advance organizational goals. The role requires independent navigation of ambiguity, mentorship of staff, and expert knowledge in wellness and behavior change. Financial wellness experience is a plus.
