Zadok Construction is seeking an experienced Commercial Construction Superintendent to lead ground-up commercial construction projects in Payson, UT. This role is for a proven Superintendent with direct General Contractor experience who can lead complex commercial projects from start to finish. At least 3 years of experience as a Superintendent for a General Contractor managing ground-up commercial construction projects Experience overseeing commercial construction projects from start to finish Strong knowledge of subcontractor coordination, construction scheduling, site operations, safety, inspections, and plan execution Ability to read and interpret blueprints, construction drawings, specifications, and related project documents Strong leadership, communication, organization, and job site problem-solving skills Experience using construction management software such as Procore or Buildertrend Fieldwire experience is a plus Experience with multi-story commercial construction strongly preferred, ideally projects of four or more stories Working knowledge of construction safety standards and job site complianceOSHA certification preferred Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation Construction Management degree preferred but not required Zadok Construction, Inc. is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
