Location: 3 Arentzen Blvd, Charleroi, PA 15022 Starting Pay Rate: $14.50 per hour Schedule: Monday through Friday, 7:30 AM to 6:00 PM Pay Frequency: Weekly (Every Friday)

About the Company: We are a frozen food manufacturing company committed to producing high-quality products in a safe, efficient, and team-oriented environment. We are seeking dependable and motivated General Line Workers to join our production team.

Position Summary: The General Line Worker is responsible for supporting food production operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Team members will work on production lines, package products, inspect quality, and help maintain a clean and safe workplace while following all company policies and food safety standards.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Work on production and packaging lines. Handle, package, label, and prepare frozen food products. Perform quality checks to ensure product standards are met. Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas. Follow safety procedures and report any concerns to supervisors. Assist with production goals and daily operational needs. Work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Follow all Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) and food safety requirements.

Work Environment: Fast-paced manufacturing environment. Cold temperatures due to frozen food production operations. Standing for extended periods of time. Repetitive movements and light to moderate lifting may be required.

Requirements: Reliable attendance is essential and mandatory for success in this position. Ability to work in a cold environment. Ability to follow instructions and safety procedures. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting. Must comply with all GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) requirements. Previous manufacturing experience is helpful but not required.
