Key Responsibilities: Conduct thorough initial assessments and collaboratively develop effective, individualized treatment plans for each client. Provide evidence-based individual therapy sessions utilizing various therapeutic modalities tailored to promote personal growth, emotional regulation, and resilience. Set appropriate therapeutic goals in collaboration with clients and continuously monitor their progress, making adjustments to treatment approaches as needed. Deliver teletherapy to accommodate the needs of diverse clients, including those facing accessibility challenges due to geographic or health-related constraints. Maintain meticulous documentation and client records in compliance with ethical and legal standards to support transparent and accountable care. Engage in ongoing professional development activities, such as workshops and training sessions, to enhance clinical skills and knowledge of best practices. Patient Population / Client FocusOur diverse client base includes individuals facing a wide range of mental health challenges, including trauma, anxiety, depression, and relationship difficulties. As a counselor, you will work closely with clients to navigate their unique journeys to mental wellness, applying your expertise to help them develop coping strategies and achieve their personal goals.

Qualifications: A current and valid state license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or a Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required; a Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology is preferred. Proficient in using telehealth platforms and technology to conduct virtual therapy sessions. Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, along with strong interpersonal abilities to connect with clients effectively. Demonstrated empathy, compassion, and a non-judgmental approach to therapy. High level of organizational skills and adeptness in time management.

Preferred Experience: Previous experience in a telehealth setting, delivering therapy via phone or video conferencing methods. Experience working with specific populations, such as children, adolescents, or individuals with specific mental health diagnoses. Strong foundational knowledge of evidence-based therapeutic techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and trauma-informed care.

Compensation and Benefits: Ideal candidates will receive a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 110,000. Compensation is commensurate with experience and case load size.
