APPLY NOWHedge is seeking a founding wholesale broker to build and own our commercial auto practice in San Francisco. You will combine retail-agency relationships, market judgment, placement craft, and relentless follow-through to produce durable revenue in commercial auto, fleet, and transportation risks.
Base salary ranges from $125K to $250K with a target OTE of $500K. Equity is 0.50% at hire, with up to 0.25% additional performance grant. This in-person role requires six days a week in San Francisco.
