Driving AI adoption and change management, the full-time remote Account AI Adoption Lead will manage the full adoption lifecycle for AI tools across assigned control accounts, focusing on training, feedback collection, and operational support to enhance team collaboration and client value delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary point of contact for adoption and change management during AI tool release cycles
Lead training sessions and develop tailored change-management materials for account teams
Collect and synthesize feedback from control account teams to drive continuous improvement and track adoption metricsRequired Qualifications 5-7 years of experience in change management, technology adoption, or digital transformation roles
Demonstrated experience in operations and technology operationalization from pilot to production use
Experience designing and delivering training and enablement programs for technical tools
Proven ability to collect and act on user feedback to drive improvements
Analytical mindset with experience tracking adoption metrics and user sentiment
