APPLY NOWI'm looking for an experienced Customer Service Supervisor with a strong background in logistics, 3PL operations, and inventory management. This is an onsite, opportunity in Medley, FL, leading a team of Customer Service Representatives.
What we're looking for:
- Previous supervisory or team leadership experience
- Strong inventory tracking and management skills
- Experience in 3PL and warehouse operations
- Knowledge of bonded cargo and all three U.S. in-bond movement types (IT, T&E, and IE)
- Experience with import/export documentation
- Understanding of accounts receivable and billing processes
- Bilingual English/Spanish
We're looking for someone who understands the operational side of logistics and can confidently lead a customer service team while keeping inventory, shipments, and customer accounts running smoothly.
