Coordinate with Packaging Department on packaging deliverables, revisions, priorities, and deadlines; confirm that approved information and assets are incorporated accurately. Serve as the central point of contact among Product Management, Brand Management, Packaging, Production, sourcing/vendor partners, and overseas offices. Build and maintain master packaging trackers, timelines, status reports, approval logs, and version histories across brands, categories, and seasonal launches. Lead regular packaging status meetings, document decisions and action items, follow up with owners, and escalate schedule or information risks early. Coordinate samples, mockups, and pre-production approvals with Production and overseas teams; track corrections through final sign-off.
