Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team of Nursing professionals. As an LPN at Florence Rehabilitation and Wellness Center, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our residents while furthering your career.
Job Responsibilities:
- Administers and records medications and treatments
- Prepares for and assists physicians and others with diagnostic procedures and treatments
- Observes and reports patients' vital signs, symptoms, and general condition to the appropriate individuals
- Perform other job-related duties as they become required
Requirements:
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
- Valid LPN license in the state of AlabamaCPR certification
- Experience in long-term care or a related setting a plus
- Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
- Additional Offerings:
Hourly rate: $25.63 - $34.5 HOURLYShift differential: $3.75 for 7pm-7am shifts
