Compensation: $290K+/year (Negotiable)

As soon as credentialing is completed
Credentialing Time: 90-120 days
Setting:
Freestanding facility
Cases: 100% adult cases
Licensure: Active PA license required (will wait for licensure)
Work Environment
Primary Site:
Backus Hospital (213-bed acute care facility)
Collaborative, community-focused multidisciplinary team
Responsibilities include inpatient care, consultations, and ER support as needed
Work-Life Balance:
Call Schedule:
After-hours weekday call shared with four psychiatrists (separately paid)
Optional weekend call (separately paid)
