Manufacturing Engineer Dizario Search is conducting a search for a Manufacturing Engineer near Tupelo, MS for a well established manufacturing organization. This is a highly visible role that will be responsible for process optimization and improving the efficiency to increase production.
What You’ll Do:
- Implement processes to reduce scrap and improve production efficiency
- Analyze current manufacturing processes and create improvements
- Support process optimization initiatives
- Apply data and problem-solving skills to improve product and process performance
- Train and support team members on improved processes and best practices
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or Industrial Technology, or 3–5 years of related manufacturing experience (or equivalent combination of education and experience)
- Background as a Manufacturing or Industrial Engineer in manufacturing
- Lean/Six Sigma certification, preferred
- Demonstrated success with scrap reduction initiatives
- Experience optimizing production efficiency
