THE ROLE:
Oversee day-to-day operational effectiveness, ensuring seamless product flow, inventory control, and merchandise accuracy in alignment with business prioritiesExecute weekly and monthly cycle counts and lead annual inventory processes to ensure proper inventory levels, accuracy, and accountability across all categoriesManage product deliveries, defectives through CEGID, and stockroom organizationPartner with sales team to fulfill client requests and provide floor support as neededEnsure proper supply replenishment and on hand level managementContinuously refine processes and workflows to enhance efficiency, minimize shrink, and uphold Thom Browne’s standardsTHE IDEAL CANDIDATEMinimum 1–2 years of Retail Operations and/or Inventory Management experienceOutstanding organizational and prioritization skills; comfortable working autonomously, as well as partnering with team membersExcellent communication, follow up and interpersonal skillsProven analytical skills, strong attention to detailProficient in Microsoft ExcelWHAT WE OFFER YOUComprehensive benefits packageThom Browne Classic Uniform 401(k) company matchDiverse and inclusive working environment
