Senior Architect / Project Architect (Hybrid) We are seeking an experienced architect to join a collaborative, full-service design team working on a diverse range of projects across residential, civic, and commercial sectors. This role offers the opportunity to be involved in all phases of the project lifecycle, from concept through construction.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and participate in client meetings and project coordination
- Manage project schedules, budgets, and permitting processes
- Coordinate with consultants and internal teams
- Prepare and oversee production of contract documents
- Support construction administration and project delivery
- Mentor and support junior staff
Required Qualifications:- Licensed architect or actively pursuing licensure 8+ years of professional experience
- Strong proficiency in Revit
- Experience managing projects from start to finish
- Excellent organizational, communication, and team collaboration skills
