Senior Labor Relations Strategist & Lead Negotiator

Xcel Energy in Denver is seeking a seasoned Labor Relations professional to lead negotiations, advise on policy, and manage relations with the local union across business units. You will serve as Lead Negotiator for interim and large agreements, provide testimony and research on policy and bargaining, and guide management on interpretation of collective bargaining agreements to minimize liability.
