Job Summary:
We are seeking dependable and hardworking Production Workers to assist with daily food production and packaging operations. The ideal candidates will be responsible for preparing, handling, packaging, and inspecting products while maintaining quality standards, cleanliness, and food safety procedures in a fast-paced production environment.
PAY: $15/HR 1ST AND 2ND SHIFTJob Responsibilities
Assist with daily food production and processing activities. Package, label, and prepare finished products for shipment. Inspect products for quality, accuracy, and defects. Operate basic production equipment and machinery as assigned. Follow food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety guidelines. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Load, unload, and move materials or products as needed. Follow production schedules and meet daily production goals. Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors. Perform additional production duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Previous manufacturing or food production experience is preferred but not required.
Ability to follow instructions and safety procedures.
Strong attention to detail and quality control.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Reliable attendance and punctuality.
Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
Ability to lift and move materials as required by the position.
Willingness to follow proper hygiene and sanitation standards.
Work Environment:
Food production and packaging facility.
Fast-paced manufacturing environment.
May involve standing for extended periods, repetitive movements, and exposure to varying temperatures depending on the production area.
