Job Description: -Required Responsibility: Building and maintaining catalog items, variables, and automated workflows using Flow Designer or Workflow Editor. Configuring and maintaining ITSM modules, including Incident, Problem, Change, Request, and Knowledge Management. Working with Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Actions, and Client Scripts. Troubleshooting system logs, tracking down performance bottlenecks, and performing code reviews. Supporting platform upgrades, unit testing , Automated Test Framework (ATF), troubleshooting, and technical debt remediation. Familiarity with ITOM
