Position Overview:
Are you an experienced, licensed plumber looking to step out of the daily truck grind and into a true leadership role? Plumbco Plumbing Solutions is seeking an entrepreneurial Plumbing Territory Manager to own, operate, and scale a dedicated geographic territory in the Tampa, Sarasota, Tampa, Fort Pierce and Sebring area. In this role, you get the freedom of running your own business without any of the administrative headaches. Our corporate office completely handles your marketing, lead generation, booking, and administrative backend. Your sole focus will be executing high-quality plumbing work, maximizing territory profit, and rapidly scaling operations to recruit, train, and lead your own team of technicians.Compensation & Growth PathBase Salary + Uncapped Profit Share: You will receive a direct percentage of your territory’s job profits. Your earning potential is directly tied to your territory's success and is unlimited. Leadership Transition: As volume grows, you will transition from a hands-on operator to a full-time leader, managing your own fleet of technicians and earning a percentage of the entire territory's revenue.
Key Responsibilities:
Territory Execution: Diagnose, troubleshoot, and execute residential and commercial plumbing solutions to established local codes.
Profitability Management: Oversee job costing, material ordering, and efficiency to maximize the territory's profit margins.
Team Scaling & Leadership: Source, hire, onboard, and mentor a team of apprentice and journeyman plumbers as territory demand expands.
Quality Assurance: Maintain Plumbco’s high standards of customer satisfaction and safety across all jobs in your region.
Requirements: Licensing: Valid Driver License Required
Experience:
Minimum 7 years of hands-on plumbing experience, with a strong background in residential service, repair, or light commercial work. If you are competent, apply and we'll review. Leadership Drive: Previous supervisory or team lead experience is highly desired; you must have the desire and capability to manage people.
