Senior Contracts Leader – Solar Projects & Risk

Nextpower LLC in the United States seeks a Senior Contracts Manager to independently lead complex contract negotiations, administration, and lifecycle management for utility-scale and distributed generation projects nationwide. You will partner with Sales, Legal, Finance, and Project Management to align contractual positions with business objectives, manage risk, and drive process improvements, templates, policies, and best practices across the contracting lifecycle.
