APPLY (opens in a new tab)CRM & Lifecycle Marketing LeadLHH is recruiting for a full-time CRM & Lifecycle Marketing Lead to join a growing multi-brand consumer retail organization. This is a hands-on leadership opportunity for someone who can own CRM strategy and campaign execution while guiding a centralized campaign operations team. You’ll oversee high-volume customer communications across email, SMS, push, and other direct marketing channels.
Location: Remote**If candidates are in Nashville, Dallas, or Salt Lake City - Hybrid
Compensation: $80K-$95K + 5% bonus + benefits

What you’ll do:
- Own campaign calendars, contact strategy, and promotional cadence
- Lead audience segmentation, suppression rules, and contact-frequency governance
- Manage lifecycle and triggered customer journeys
- Guide campaign production, prioritization, capacity planning, and deployment
- Establish QA standards for rendering, tracking, personalization, dynamic content, and suppressions
- Partner with creative, e-commerce, merchandising, data, and marketing teams
- Analyze CRM performance and recommend optimization opportunities
- Coach and develop campaign management professionals
What we’re looking for:
- 5+ years of CRM, email, or lifecycle marketing experience in a multi-brand retail or e-commerce industry sector.
- Experience leading people, projects, or campaign operations
- Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud or a comparable platform
- Working knowledge of SQL, AMPscript, HTML, and CSS
- Experience managing high-volume, multichannel campaign calendars
- Strong understanding of audience segmentation, automation, testing, and reporting This role is ideal for a CRM professional who enjoys combining strategy, technical campaign execution, operational leadership, and team development.
