Solidigm seeks an experienced Senior Manager, Technical Accounting to support GAAP and IFRS compliance in a fast-paced semiconductor environment. You will research complex transactions, prepare memorandums, and bridge accounting differences while partnering with FP&A, operations, legal, tax, and treasury.
Ideal candidates possess 10+ years of progressive accounting experience, CPA, and strong expertise in consolidation, SBC, investments, and debt/financing accounting.
