Area Manager - Aggregates - Kentucky Below covers everything you need to know about what this opportunity entails, as well as what is expected from applicants. CMC Partners has recently partnered with a well-established, growing construction materials organisation that is seeking an experienced Area Manager to lead its aggregates operations in the Kentucky region. This is a senior operational leadership role with responsibility for a multi-site limestone business producing millions of tons a year. The business is vertically integrated, with aggregates, asphalt and construction working side by side, and it offers a clear route into senior leadership for those who perform. This role is open because the previous Area Manager has been promoted into a senior divisional position. It's a proven launchpad for anyone with ambitions to progress into senior leadership. Safety sits at the heart of everything this organisation does. It isn't a slogan but the standard every decision is measured against, and the aim is simple: every person goes home in the same condition they arrived. The successful candidate will set that tone across every site. This opportunity suits a hands-on, people-focused operations leader who can drive performance on the ground while building a strong, collaborative culture.
