Join our growing team as a Journeyman supporting utility-grade solar construction projects across the region. This is a travel position, ideal for individuals ready to work hard, learn fast, and grow within the solar industry. You'll work with other licensed electricians to assist with electrical installations on large-scale solar fields.
Duties:- Assist with installation of electrical systems for solar PV arrays
- Pull wire, terminate connections, install conduit, junction boxes, and panels
- Maintain safety and quality standards on all job sites
- Preferred Experience & Background:
- Underground PVC & direct burial experience
- Pad rough-in experience
- Setting switchgear, transformer and terminating experience
- Certifications, Licenses & Practices:
- New Mexico and/or Texas Journeyman electrician license is a requirement.
- Medium-voltage certification is a big plus.
- OSHA 30 certified or willing to work towards this goal within first 90 of employment.
- NFPA 70E Arc Flash certified - or willing to work towards this certification within 90 days of employment.
- Read and adhere to site specific safety plans.
- Have performed appropriate OSHA lockout / tagout procedures where appropriate.
- WILLING TO TRAIN NEWLY LICENSED JOURNEYMEN! Work Ethic & Leadership:

Work Location: On the road - Typically regionally to Texas, New Mexico and Arkansas.
