We are seeking for a dynamic Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join the group at our Hardy Oak.
Job Description:
Main location: 18707 Hardy Oak, Suite 225, San Antonio, TX 78258
No Satellite Locations
Outpatient only
Schedule:
Monday - Friday - daytime hours
No call
Supporting one physician
Patient follow-up visits only, averaging 12-15 per day
Provide scheduled patient services under the direct supervision and responsibility of a physician in an outpatient clinic setting
Complete patient histories and physicals
Determine tentative diagnosis and order appropriate laboratory tests
Counsel patient and family on health and disease
Participate in all continuing education, training, and other requirements to remain in good standing for credentialing purposes at assigned medical facilities
Perform other duties as assigned
Salary range:
Negotiable based on experience

Qualifications:
State Licensed Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant - Required
Experience working as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant - Required
Gastrointestinal experience - Preferred
