This is a unique opportunity for a real estate professional who enjoys working across both the analytical and execution sides of the business. The role will support both acquisitions and development, providing exposure across the lifecycle of a real estate investment, from evaluating and underwriting potential opportunities through planning, entitlement and development execution. Depending on current deal activity and the individual's background, the role may lean more heavily toward acquisitions at times and development at others. - Gain meaningful exposure to both the investment decision-making process and execution of real estate projects
What We're Looking For:- Experience within Residential/Multi-Family real estate acquisitions, development, investments, asset management or a related discipline
- Strong financial and analytical capabilities, including experience with real estate financial modeling
- Working knowledge of ARGUSExposure to development, entitlement, construction or project execution is highly valued
- Ability and interest in operating across both the quantitative and hands-on sides of real estate
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively across multiple teams and disciplines
- A proactive, team-oriented approach with an interest in continuing to broaden your real estate experience
- Why This Opportunity
