Hiring General Dentist in High Desert – Competitive Pay & 30% Revenue-Based Compensation We are a private dental practice with two locations in the High Desert, one in Phelan and the other in Lancaster. We are looking for a General Dentist Full-time/ Part-time position to perform a variety of preventative, restorative, endodontic and surgical procedures that fall under the scope of general dentistry. We are looking for a General practitioner with a caring chair-side manner, who will gain the confidence of a very nervous patient. We are in need to hire someone urgently to help with two very busy locations. There is room to grow with the opportunity for a future partnership. Pay$100~$150 per hour

Knowledge of pediatric dentistry is a plus This position requires a valid dental license and completion of a dental degree program. Candidates should have experience working in a dental practice or clinic setting. The ability to work well in a team environment is essential.
