Robotic Clinical Support SpecialistAs a Robotic Clinical Support Specialist for our Mako & Enabling Technologies business, you will maintain deep clinical and technical expertise across our Mako robotic portfolio. You'll provide proactive verbal and written support to our field teamsincluding Mako Product Specialists, Field Service Engineers, Clinical Trainers, Sales, and Segmentationwhile collaborating cross-functionally to ensure our products exceed service, quality, and performance expectations. You'll play a key role in driving customer satisfaction and clinical outcomes, partnering closely with Sales, Marketing, Engineering, and Product teams to influence the evolution of future-state Mako technologies. Your ability to build trusted relationships and deliver exceptional support will be central to our mission of making healthcare better. Respond to clinical application questions and support requests from Field Service Engineers (FSE), Mako Product Specialist (MPS), Customer Service Representatives (CSR), Sales, and Segmentation Specialists via telephone, email or in-person. *This is a hybrid role with requirements to be in office 3 days per week.
