EPAM Systems is seeking a Vice President for the Florida Market to lead and grow the business across Florida, with full P&L ownership of a $40-60M portfolio. You will orchestrate Account Managers, IBUs, and Delivery leaders to drive growth in mid-market and enterprise clients.
You will own select growth accounts while building the local presence, partnerships, and team to establish EPAM as a strong regional player in Florida.
