Medical Records / Central Supply
Gables Care Center, Hopedale, OHGables Care Center, a compassionate and patient-centered organization, is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Medical Records / Central Supplyprofessional to join our team. As a key member of our healthcare community, you will play a vital role in maintaining accurate and up-to-date medical records, while also supporting our medical supplies and equipment needs.
Responsibilities:- Medical Records :Accurately and efficiently maintain and update patient medical records, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and organizational policies
- Ensure timely and thorough scanning and filing of medical records, both physical and electronic
- Collaborate with healthcare providers and other departments to resolve medical record discrepancies and improve overall record-keeping processes
- Central Supply :Manage and maintain inventory of medical supplies and equipment, ensuring adequate stock levels and minimizing waste
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to order and receive medical supplies and equipment
- Assist with the maintenance and repair of medical equipment, as needed
