RTX's System Safety / Human System Integration (HSI) Department is seeking a Senior Human Factors Engineer to join onsite in Tucson, AZ. You will lead HFE/HSI programs, drive MIL-STD-1472 compliant activities, and coordinate with customers and cross-functional teams.
You will mentor engineers, support proposals, and help define safety and usability requirements across hardware, software, training, and operations. Travel up to 20% may be required.
