Fair Banking Officer

JCW Group is partnering with a growing, OCC-regulated federal savings bank to appoint a Fair and Responsible Banking Officer. As the bank's subject matter expert for Fair Lending and UDAAP, you'll design and oversee the program across every product and channel, including a national credit card program and digital banking platforms.
What you'll do:
Design, implement and oversee the bank's Fair Lending and UDAAP compliance program.
Provide fair lending and UDAAP oversight of the national credit card program and digital banking products.
Run statistical fair lending testing, including regression, matched-pair and marginal effects analysis.
Review automated decisioning models for fair lending risk, in line with SR 11-7 model risk expectations.
What you'll bring Strong knowledge of ECOA/Reg B, HMDA, UDAAP and Reg E, gained in a second-line compliance or risk function.
Experience supporting a credit card program (Reg Z, card lifecycle) and interacting with OCC or FDIC examiners.
Hands-on statistical fair lending testing experience. CRCM is strongly preferred.
