Guest Bell Attendant & Local Concierge

Hilton Garden Inn Times Square South in New York is seeking a friendly Bell Person to greet guests, escort them to rooms and assist with luggage. You will also provide information on local attractions, hours of operation and hotel amenities. Responsibilities include maintaining lobby and bell stand, handling luggage, delivering messages, and following safety procedures. A readiness to help guests during peak periods and strict adherence to the M&R Employee Handbook is expected.
