Warehouse Associate

Pay: $20.00 per hour

Schedule: Monday-Friday | 7:00 AM - 4:00 PMAbout the RoleWe are seeking a dependable Warehouse Associate to join our team in a clean, temperature-controlled warehouse environment. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately picking and fulfilling customer orders, operating material-handling equipment, and maintaining a safe and organized workspace. Your effectiveness in this position will be demonstrated through timely order processing, clear communication with team members, and adherence to safety standards. This position plays a crucial role in ensuring efficient warehouse operations and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities: Accurately pick and fulfill customer orders using warehouse management systems. Expedite customer orders to meet delivery schedules. Load and unload materials employing forklift and other material-handling equipment. Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth warehouse operations. Prepare and maintain necessary paperwork related to warehouse activities. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment in accordance with safety standards. Follow verbal and written instructions to complete tasks efficiently. Handle materials weighing up to 40 lbs as necessary. Support general warehouse duties such as inventory management and stocking.

Required Qualifications: Experience operating warehouse equipment, including forklift (forklift driver/warehouse).Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. Prior experience in a warehouse environment. Basic understanding of warehouse safety protocols. Reliable with strong attention to detail. Ability to work Monday through Friday with flexibility for occasional overtime.

Preferred Qualifications: Experience working in a wine warehouse or similar specialized environment.

Work Environment / Physical Requirements: Indoor, temperature-controlled, clean warehouse environment. Physical ability to lift up to 40 lbs. as required for material handling. Team-oriented workspace.
