Adil Stone Group is seeking a Division Leader to run the structural steel fabrication division, overseeing about 20 staff from detailers to project managers, shop foreman and floor crews. You own the P&L, production schedule and safety record. If it happens in this division, it happens on your watch. This is a hands-on role requiring daily shop floor presence, weekly floor walks, and quarterly reviews with executives.
