- We’re looking for an experienced dental professional who is ready to step away from the everyday office grind and into a role focused on training, onboarding, leadership, and developing others.
As our Field Training & Onboarding Lead, you’ll play a key role in helping new team members and providers succeed across our Just Pull It Dental locations. You’ll conduct working interviews, lead onboarding, provide hands-on training, and help doctors and team members build the skills and confidence they need to thrive.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who loves dentistry but is ready for a change—someone who enjoys coaching others, leading by example, and making an impact beyond the four walls of one dental office.
What You’ll Do:- Conduct working interviews for prospective team members and dental professionals
- Lead onboarding and training for Doctors, Dental Assistants, and Front Desk Coordinators
- Provide hands-on training and coaching at multiple Just Pull It Dental locations
- Help new team members understand processes, expectations, and best practices
- Support team members as they build confidence and become successful in their roles
- Partner with leadership to identify training needs and opportunities for improvement
- Serve as a positive ambassador for the Just Pull It Dental culture and patient experience
- Travel between locations based on business and training needs

Requirements:- What We’re Looking For2–3+ years of dental experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Previous training, mentoring, leadership, or coaching experience preferred
- Ability to confidently teach and coach others
- Organized, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Professional and positive approach when working with doctors and team members
- Reliable transportation
- Ability and willingness to travel to all Just Pull It Dental locations
- Flexible availability between 9:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m., depending on training needs
